borderbrae, since the problem just recently started, have them look for something that has changed. In the past I have had the same situation occur from the two stage regulator, located at the propane tanks go bad needed replaced. Check to see if your water heater appears to have the same flame as it has in the past, your cook stove as well. If only the fridge is causing a problem, look for a restriction in the propane line going to the fridge. On a class C we owned while living in Alaska, on a trip up to Circle Hot Springs, some how a rock thrown up by the tires, crushed the propane line to our fridge. The propane distribution system was underneath the RV, using 1/2 inch iron pipe, then copper tubing off to each appliance. I had to replace the damaged section of tubing and all worked well again.
Have them, a shop, measure the propane pressure at the line where the propane reaches the fridge. Have them check it with other propane appliances operating at the same time to see if the need propane pressure is available at the fridge. With your flame being low, it is an indication that your pressure is low in the line at the fridge. Also check the vent on your tank regulator to make sure it didn't get clogged with mud or something. Most are located on the bottom of the regulator, toward the ground.
None of the shops I used to use in Fairbanks are still in business, as far as I know. Check with one of the propane distributors in Tok or Fairbanks to see what shop they would suggest. Fairbanks should have a shop that can solve your problem.
