Wow! First time at a CG with usable WIFI in a long long time. Denali RV park, just a little N of the Nat park entrance. So tired of so many CGs advertising WIFI then not delivering what is advertised. Not by a long shot.
Also, we have been using Yukon Gov CGs & Alaska state rec areas, so much dry camping has been going on. Have not seen many US tags in these CGs. They seem to be the CGs of choice for the rentals & the locals.
Back into the land of dry camping tomorrow with 4 nights at Teklaneka followed by yet another Alaska State Rec Area for a night.
For those traveling the Parks Highway between the park & Fairbanks, be aware of some sections of roadworks involving a 'follow me' truck which can add significantly to travel time.
