We are a little behind the crowd going north but it great just the same. We got into our first north woods campground about 40 miles north of lake louise and were with three other camper groups of two. One was a Harley biker pair from Vancouver not quite our age and great folks, another was two Europeans traveling on bicycles that took a bath in the creek and looked like a naked Aphrodite tripping through the woods and the third was two 80 year old guys from Goliad Texas that decided easter they should tent camp their way to Alaska.

Two miles down the road is a sign that sez turn here for the senic route to Alaska, and Dawson Creek is still about 150 miles ahead.
