Then there is the aging infrastructure that the RV parks are connected to. We're fortunate to have a phone line to our cabin, which means I use ADL for internet. Slow, slow, slow, sometimes pausing for a rest. Limited bandwidth. Not as slow as satellite internet though, nor as expensive.
There's only one service provider and the infrastructure is unreliable. When something fails, it takes a while for them to figure it out. Had a service tech at the cabin one day arguing on the phone with the systems tech in Yellowknife about whether my IP address was registering or not. It showed on the system that it was, but it wasn't. They finally figured out it was a problem at HQ and new equipment was needed and I was without internet for four days.
So I don't blame the RV parks. Gad, my internet at home is bad & slow. Can't imagine trying to provide a connection to a dozen or more RVers!
Won't even start on the topic of electricity. Yukon Energy has it's challenges too. Nothing finer than having power out for 20 hours when its -40 outside. Fortunately we heat with wood and have an old propane stovetop, so our place didn't freeze up like some others in the area.
