Been in Denali, at Riley Creek since 6-27. Got some good views of the mountain on Friday & Sat. Weather cleared up Friday night so I was able to get some super sunset shots at midnight and a rainbow then, too. Started raining again last night and still going on. Handy to have elec. & wifi at the mercantile!!
Got the fridge working on gas Sat. morning, removed and cleaned the orifice and it is going great. It wasn't difficult so I'll be doing that from now on as needed. I leave here 7-2 and am heading south, to the Kenai, hoping I can find places to dry camp over the weekend.
Thanks for the tip about Cabela's in Anchorage!! I will check it out for sure. I'm about fed up with the cheap binoculars I have so may indulge myself, we'll see.
So far I have yet to see any Roll Call signs. I do have mine on the back of the Casita and the street side window of the truck cap.
