I came back a few pages to check a post from Sue T. Sorry I missed this the first time. And instead of sending you a PM to thank you, let me point out the obvious. We've all helped each other, and many AK Vets continue to go out their way to help us. So a shout out to all for sharing their knowledge!!
We're in Portland, OR today, after spending a few days by the Columbia Gorge Fire. It was just starting as we drove by on highway 84, while we were hopeful the two copters doing water drops would contain it. Our experience with fires in San DIego from Santa Ana winds, made us very nervous for those in the area. The Gorge, does have some wind!!!
