Yep - Spring of 2015 it is. Early May leaving the Gold Country of California and heading north on Highway 5. 31' Class C. Will do 55mph (where I can!) to get the precious 10mpg and keep this down in the $2000 range for gas.
Have ordered my 2014 Milepost, and scanning all the past posts for information as this will be my first time. I figure this is a recon trip so only maybe six weeks. Second trip will be extended.
My big deal will be to make sure I know plenty of campground stops so I don't have to worry at the last minute.
I have my GSRS but don't know how much help that might be on such a trip. Fortunately I am very mechanical and can handle many issues.
I'm open to any suggestions, recommendations etc!
