The campgrounds are what they are, mostly gravel and 30 amp power, and mostly about $35.
I have Dish in Sterling, AK, but it is a pole mounted antenna in an open field. Most RVrs can not get the antenna low enough or large enough for it to work much above Ft St John.
What is your intended route? Most places (not all, most) are open at least Memorial Day to Labor Day and generally have water and power. A late winter can delay things, as can heavy winter snow.
Campgrounds we like for a 40' 5th include Clay Banks in Merritt, BC, the KOA in Hinton, AB, Charley Lake just north of Ft St John, Toad Rive, BC, and Teslin Yukon Motel in Teslin, YT. They are about 350 miles apart.
