For all of you heading to Alaska in 2016, there is currently a $20 discount offer for the Alaska TourSaver coupon booklet. Instead of the normal $99 price, you can get a discount by using the code "Alaska20" when you order online from www.toursaver.com. But you might want to get it in a hurry as the offer may be for a limited time.
Incidentally, the TourSaver does not have to be ordered ahead of time if you are unsure about your plans this year. You can purchase it at many chain grocery stores in Alaska, although perhaps not the first little ones you will visit in places like Hyder, Skagway, or Tok. We bought ours at Safeway in Palmer, but wished we had gotten it before we went to Valdez. But there are options besides ordering it before leaving.
