That is what this thread was meant to be, i.e. post your name and dates, however human nature is members will post a host of things.
We've had such threads for four years now and it has worked fairly well. As per the forum rules, there will not be any additional threads that will end up duplicating efforts thus far and making searches next to impossible.
If someone wants to take it upon themselves to consolidate names/dates within this thread then feel free to do so but any new additional threads will be deleted.
