Probably a good decision for you. I'm sure you have good reasons. I regret to inform you that those same divers are also present in Canada and Alaska. Once you enter the Yukon you only see another driver every 15 minutes, or so. Which means you have much less exposure up there than in the lower 48. However, you do have to be mindful for those disrespectful bears, moose, buffalo, caribou, mountain goats, etc that just walk on the road. Sorry to say it is no better 'up north'!:h
