Boondocking in Alberta is pretty much impossible. Commercial campgrounds or find some I would call them municipal campgrounds but then you are in Canada so the name may not be quite right. FlyingJ is your best option for a quick overnight. You are welcome at their locations just park as far out of the way as possible so the truckers are not hindered. If the FlyingJ is a newer location the showers are great ask for the co-driver discount, they provide clean towels, clean bath mat unlimited time, hot water it is a great option to a 6 gallon hot water tank.
