If the FlyingJ is a newer location the showers are great ask for the co-driver discount, they provide clean towels, clean bath mat unlimited time, hot water it is a great option to a 6 gallon hot water tank.
In Alberta, I stayed at the visitor center in Grande Prairie, you are welcome no problem, and also at Walmart. I also stayed at Walmart in Loydminster and just south of Calgary.
