we crossed the border at sumas last week. we had very little liquor and no fresh fruits or veggies. we wanted to bring more of both, but were afraid they
might be confiscated.
they didn't even ask about fruits/veggies. they asked about firearms (we had none) and then asked how long we'd be in canada and then said "have a nice day".
glad it went so easy, but sorry we didn't have more fruits and veggies (even with the exchange rate, they are pretty pricey up in canada).
we're in 100 mile house right now-spending the night in Save on Foods...great stopover-wifi reaches all the way out to the parking area!
heading to prince george tomorrow!
safe travels, everyone
