I've been on most of those roads in the past and would not hesitate again.
I'll suggest the problem roads are after Dawson Creek. Think frost heaves, chip seal rocks on the road, rain, floods, fires and then construction.
The construction time frame is very short and the Canadian response is:
Rip up 15 miles of road - like it's gone - no paved section as in NONE, lots of rocks, dirt, mud and a pilot car. Culverts are replaced so you are routed down into the creek bed. What ever it takes to get the 15 miles done - not what it takes for a good ride for you.
This is only one of the many adventures of the Alaska trip - go for it. It's not always that bad but be prepared and go with the flow.
