If you use it for one tour it will pay for itself. We buy it every summer and it has always paid for itself several times over for us. We have never been denied booking from any of the advertisers. We honor their request for advance notice.
It's pretty easy to check the cost of the Tour Saver against how much you will save by thumbing through the coupons and marking the ones you are going to use. If the 1/2 price savings are more than the cost of the Tour Saver you probably want to buy one.
I have noticed the 2016 version does not have as many cruises as in the past but still think it is a bargain.
We have not used the electronic version.
