window is not chipped it is cracked. No chip. The last chip I had fixed lasted 1 year then it cracked moving to the left of the remainder of the windshield to the end. The 2nd year it cracked from the chip going to the right to the end of the windshield. The insurance said they fixed the chip and would not fix the cracks, cause fixed chips don't crack. I have a windshield in the truck to prove them wrong. It has been cracked 3 years now. Truck is worth less than the cost of new window, so it will remain cracked.
