Route 5 from Utica NY to Green Lakes SP?

Traveling in a MH pulling a Toad. What is HYW 5 like between the above two cities. Hopefully you're going to tell me it's a good-2 lane road where you can drive a constant 50 mph. (except going thru towns)

    5 is a good road, 55 all the way. After you go thru Chittenango and before Fayetteville (or shortly after you cross into Onondaga Cty), you'll come to a red light w/ Rte 257 on your right. Turn right here and just stay on 257 to GLSP which will be down on your left in few miles. Should take you about an hour give or take. IMO, worst part of the trip will be in Utica/New Hardford on 5.
