Route Bridgeport CT to Liberty Harbor Marina & RV Park, NJ

I was just up there a few weeks ago - due to construction on the TZ, there was quite a bit of congestion and slow going for people coming out of NY, across the bridge, and then south on I-287. We were going north, which moved along just fine. This was about 3:30 to 4:00 in the afternoon, so it may be a commuter volume thing. Just something to keep in mind.
