Route from Phoenix to Florida
Hi - I see that Google offers two routes to get to the panhandle of Florida. One is I-10 through both San Antonio and Houston. The second is to take I-20 through Dallas. I would love to go...

Plugging in Phoenix to Talahassee (even if you are going further, you will pass by there)...There are 3 routes that are less than 1% difference in total miles.
- I-10
- I-10 to I-20 to US-49 (You could take I-49 but then you do add around 50 miles)
- I-40 to I-20 to US-49
The difference is little more than a rounding error, so just about anything could push one way or the other. All depends on what you want to see.
Maybe head out on one and come back on the other so you get to see different areas.
