Brian sue is almost correct. If you choose to exit the Cuota you do it before the toll booth. To re-enter the Cuota there is a ramp from the Libre just before the Toll booth.
We stay on the Cuota. Just after paying your toll keep to the right you will see the military post and a restaurant parking area.
Back in as close to the military post as possible and treat the troops to a coldie. They will watch over you.
If you choose to stay in the Libre lot stay near the Pemex. A local informed us that sometimes "things" happen on the fringe of that lot.
Chris is probably correct that the Libre is in better condition than the Cuota up to the Baluarte Bridge. Sad but this "new" road has taken a beating in the few years it has been open.
We will pass though there mid Nov.
