Thanks for all the replies; it has been very helpful. I'm buying a pick up beginning of next year (daughter's turning 16 so she will get my car). We are in the initial planning phase for the summer of 2014 of either driving the minivan and doing hotels, renting a motorhome and doing car rentals when necessary, or renting a TT. I'm leaning towards the TT. I'm trying to gather as much information as I possible can. This site has been invaluable in provided that information; almost information overload!
