I think it's just a little too busy to really enjoy. At least it would be for me. I think you're underestimating driving times just a little too.
June 20: Little Bighorn Battlefield and Devils Tower are not on the route from Glacier to Cody. If I were you I'd skip Glacier for this trip. You won't see much of it in one day. Use that as a down day to do laundry and catch a breath or just add it to your time in the Black Hills. You'll see more and enjoy the overall vacation more without the side trip to Glacier, imho.
