San Diego (Oceanside) to Provo Utah Best Route Fires 15

Hi we normally leave out of San Marcos to 15 towards Las Vegas, but we are camped at Oceanside. We are considering an alternative route as I really am not too keen on traveling 15 with fires popping ...

The alternative could mean a HUGE detour through the desert. The fire was at 26% containment last night and growing now that all the resources are where they belong. In 5 days there is an excellent chance this will be a fully contained if not out

BTW- If you read the morning report they are now claiming 68% containment. Sounds like a mistake
