Unstable does sound like a understated observation.
I was in class once back in 1989, and they explained why there is a area 1 and area 1A in California. IT seems that back in the late 60's the Police in Santa Barbara where dealing with a unstable event at the local state college. They asked for maximum "Mutual Aid" response, and the LAPD put a bunch of cops into riot gear, and onto school buses for a long ride up the coast. Four hours later these "Happy Police Officers" got out and took care of business in a quick manner, so that they could return to their homes and families. Lets say that Los Angles Police where not invited back for a repeat performance. . .
I hope that everything turns out well, and that the Criminals do not rampage the area, and take whatever they want.
