I live in Dillon and head out through Breck often. Hoosier Pass is in good shape (though I'm a 22ft class-c not towing anything). Even during some of the worst winter storms Hoosier Pass generally stays open while other passes are closed or have chain restrictions. I don't imagine any snow accumulation in the next few weeks but there's already been a couple dustings above 10,000 ft along the Ten Mile Range and given how much rain the state is getting, ya never know. The curves do wind around pretty sharply but the steepness is manageable and the road surface is good. I haven't camped at Tiger Run but every time I hear it mentioned, it's been for good things. While Summit County is under a flood warning currently, nothing seems to be at risk in terms of roads, campgrounds, what have you, I just wouldn't set up a tent in a seemingly dry creek bed.
