You are looking at an 8 hour day to get to Atlanta from Sarasota. I use the RVPARKY app to find places to overnight on the road. A quick look at it had lots of options so you just need to figure out how long a day you want to put in driving. I take US441 usually to avoid Atlanta. A much nice pace than I-75 and I still make my trip to FL in one overnight. We stay at Scenic Mountain Resort in Milledgeville when we do. Nice park. You can head east out of Macon if you want to try that way.
