I was not going to answer as I have not been on I90 between NY border and Buffalo since May but no one else has chimed in with any more recent info. Thank the lord they are finally doing something about that POS road . The alternative of I86 to Binghamton and then I88 to Albany should not be to bad this time of year I 86 suffers a lot of winter time damage that should be repaired by now. I88 has always been okay
