Scranton Pa I -81 construction
Can anyone tell me if the construction on I 81 through Scranton is done?

- It wasn't done a when I was through there a couple of months ago, but I had no delay. The one lane travel was actually kind of nice without the traffic blowing by me.
- As far as I can figure out; I-81 is ALWAYS under construction in Scranton. Like I-85 in Atlanta.
Has been since the start of the Interstate system and always will be!
