....fog on the Baja means super humid warm air at ground level hitting very cold ocean water (advection)...
I just checked the near real-time SST-A (sea surface temperature anomalies) off the Baja Pacific-side, and they are running from -0.6 to -1.3 C below "normal" ( 16.7C to 19.1C....then down at the tip 25.2C and in the Gulf in the 25C range ), except right at the tip of the peninsula...
