In the sixties on Mex 15, if you looked very very carefully, you could find virgin pavement. I doubt ANY motor home made today could have made it to Tepic without unintentional removal of the entire black water system, skirting, a few spring center bolts, and divorcing the bathroom wall from the side by an inch or two.
Unabated unabashed looting of public funds. Our roads have not been graded in three years but the presidente municipal has a new $150,000 Jumbotron on the front of his clothing store. Seems kinda funny, A year before being elected, his car was 10 years old. Now it's a 2-year old Ford LOBO with gigantic shiny wheels.
