My understanding is that even the new LNB's will work, you just won't get the third satellite which carries a lot of HD channels. (or so I have been told by a local Sat TV installer.) I had my old LNB broken in heavy winds in New Mexico last spring and had to have it replaced. Leaving for southern climates next week and will advise how/if the new one works.
