Should I use I-40 or I-20 AZ to northern GA?

The biggest storm to hit the Sierra's in years is there now and headed southeast towards I-40. They closed I-80 for 100 miles due to 60 - 80 mph winds and 3' of snow. You definitely do not want to be on I-40 anytime soon.
