Panela cheese can not be found in many markets in Canada or the USA so just any mild melting cheese will work, not real Mexican but more TexMex, quik and simple, tortillas are ready to eat so are the beans, cheese and salsa, just need heat to melt cheese, a si es, buen provecho.
