The Sprinter is under 10 even with the AC on top. The way station is open. What is not clear is if that is where the dump is at or not.

The dump at Big Meadow is on a little road between the campground and the way station.

Look at Big Meadow CG on google maps. Follow the road out of the campground back towards the way station. You'll see a road going off to the east that terminates in a maintenance/administrative area. You'll note a concrete pad on the north side of that road. Continue on that road to the entrance to the maintenance area and you will note a little loop that bears off to the left. That is the dump station.

Location was open and both the water at the dump station and the potable water were turned on. Based on location as long as the road is open you can access the location 24/7.
