So. Calif: I-15 at Cajon Pass and also at Las Vegas

Yes there is construction in the pass. Was just there 2 weeks ago. Traffic was slow but it flowed. I turned off at 138 to Silverwood Lake.

In my experience there is almost always a big wind flowing down the pass, so be prepared for that.
