South Carolina Welcome Centers and Rest Areas
Does SC allow overnight stops in their Welcome Centers or Rest Areas? I do not see anything on the website. Thanks.

I was chased from one in PA on I-80. Also asked to move on from one in VA. I now try to avoid those states.
