Driving via I-70 to Utah, to Arches, Canyonlands, 4 Corners, Monument Valley, then Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Zion, Bryce, Salt Lake City then up to Yellowstone National Park. (Getting a long trip in before our oldest goes off to college.) My question is has anyone done this type of trip with a 2014 F150 5.0 L truck and a 2014 Coachmen Freedom Express 254DSX camper or something similar? How was the trip with this type of set up - any issues with canyon roads or making it over mountains with this trailer and tow vehicle? Any roads or areas that we should be concerned about hauling our trailer?

You'll find every kind and size RVs and trucks touring the West. You may not climb hills fast but you'll get there.
How long do you have for this trip? You have 10 major parks listed (also include Grand Teton Nat'l Park which is right next to Yellowstone). Staying at least 3 days at each park is 30 days. Then there's 4 or more days to drive out and back...that's 38 days. You'll want to stop at more places along the way that you'll see... possibly up to 40 days by now. Do you have the time?
