Spare tire for Alaska trip ?
I have one year old Michelin tires on my coach ? Do I really need to take a spare on a trip to Alaska ?

I've had a blowout on a trailer before. I lost a day trying to replace my spare near Yellowstone. I now travel with two spares. I now know sun exposure probably caused the blowout on a 3 year old tire but I still feel better with two spares. Of course, easy to throw extra spare in back of truck compared to stowage in an RV.
