States with the worst roads
Was a bit of a surprise to me that the usual suspect was not on the list: The list You can ignore the commentary in the article I just posted it for the list.

I've been nearly everywhere. This list surprises me.
The absolute worst roads in North America are the suburbs of NYC in NJ (Jersey City, Hackensack, etc) and Montreal. These have high speeds through bone shattering holes in the road.. Ok, the Bronx on 95 is bad too.
Although these highly local areas are the worst, the rest of the good roads in the states even them out I guess.
