STL to Destin, FLA
Any help on best route for a 35' MH, NOT TOWING. Down 55 TO 10 to Destin or down 64 to Nashville to 65? Seems like 55 might have less traffic, but I don't know. thanks

Which side of Destin are you coming in to? Where are you staying?
If you are staying in Destin proper, you might want to also look at taking I-65 to Georgiana (AL HWY 55). Take that to Andulusia and you can either take Hwy 137 to Florida and cross in to Destin on the Mid-bay bridge.
If you are staying more east of Destin, then I'd consider the 331 route.
