I've been thinking about what you said here, and I'm curious why you feel this way? Just too much driving, or something else?

I get what you're saying about a week in Yellowstone, but I wasn't sure how much there is to do in Glacier. With 2 small kids, we need a variety of activities. Do you have any suggestions or favorite things to do in Glacier? I'm looking forward to "Going to the Sun Road" and the hike to Hidden Lake.

That's a very interesting route - I like it. :) Do you not like I-15 because of the traffic near Salt Lake City, or something else? How does your suggested route compare in terms of driving times? Looks like 2 long driving days, with an overnight near Tonopah, NV? How do you break it up?
