Summer trip from Southeastern PA to Badlands South Dakota

There is a campground in Wall that's decent and within a short walk to Waee Drug, and other tourist trap stuff in Wall. The campground in the bBadlands doesn't have hook-ups or it didn't years ago. The D-1 MM Missile launch control center is interesting but then I did alerts there many years ago so not sure others would like it. Need to avoid the Sturgis Rally dates since there will be lots of people around from a week before to a week after.
