FYI, I made my reservations at Fishing Bridge 12 months to the day before my arrival date.
Colter Bay, similar but only 11 months. I tried at 12 months and they told me to call back in one month.
If you plan on going to either, you should try calling. Unless there is a cancellation, it is next to impossible to get.
BTW, I made and had reservations six montrhs before I got my SUV and TT.
