I'm with Ironworker. Two seasons in Mexico one Baha and one west coast to Bara de Navidad. Almost every RV park the receptacles were 131-132 vac. The surge protector would cut out 2 - 3 times a day when the voltage went above 131 vac. Definitely recommend an auto transformer. I picked up a 4kw for $2800 pesos in La Penita. After that no problemo.
