John and Angela have a really good setup. E mail him and you will get lots of information. Running your fridge on propane does not really offer any protection. The computer board is still running off 110 or 12 volts. I think J And A use some sort of battery charger that can still work on low voltage. You plug the charger into the pedestal or outlet. I would not plug my unit into questionable power. Period. If you keep the batteries charged all should be good. Today's MH's have a ton of computer boards. They fry easily. Impossible to find in Mexico and difficult in the USA. If you pull into an almost empty CG the voltage may be 130 or more. Five units arrive and the voltage is down to maybe 85 to 90 volts. Everyone may be operating on the same circuit. There are a few (very few) parks with 50 amps. Kino has a few with 50 amp outlets. The old California in Maz had real 50 amp power! Heck some parks don't even have a 50 amp main for the whole park!!!! Most of the smaller parks do not have a dedicated transformer. The CFE expects you to buy your own at a huge cost. Then the park owner gets ripped for commercial electricity rates. y shop in Mexico has a 125 amp service and our Mh is fed from a 50 amp outlet. I had the CFE wire us to a transformer with only 2 other houses. My voltage never drops below 125. Usually 128 to 130. Another problem is the surges after a brownout. Voltage jumps so high that indoor surge protectors go up in smoke. Lots of fun.
