Tachos in PV raises rates to 450 a night
Heck, that's $40 Can a night and its not even on the beach. Rumblings there from regulars saying they are not coming back.

Bad experience in Tachos, the tenants are not friendly at all!
In LDM the Municipality is raising taxes on the RV parks every year, this year they were told they would have to put meters on their wells, because they cannot find any permits for the owners to have built their wells. They are disputing the hike in taxes which seem to be a yearly thing, not sure what is going to happen with the water meter. I know their profit margin is very minimal. Have not raised rates since we have been staying there since 2008.
