Well there is a cost to taking the ferries!!
Towing a 5th wheel puts you in the over length/over height. You will be loaded in the center lanes of the ferry, with the semis. I have added a link to the WDOT fare schedule, this is the overall length of you rig!
Ferry faresWell safe route south driving would be I5 S from Everett then a choice between I5 and I405 either through Seattle, or through Bellevue not much difference now days. Then I5 south to Washington 16 west over the Narrows, to Bremerton, then 101 north to Squim.
