Taylor River in Montana

Is there a Taylor River in Montana north of West Yellowstone? Thanks all. Betsy.
  • :Yes it was recommended. We have camped at the Taylor in CO. I think he might have meant the Gallatin River. I'll stop looking for it. Thanks.
  • There is no major river named the Taylor in Montana. There is likely some small tributary or stream called that by some locals. Montana has thousands of small creeks and lakes that do not have formal names. People will call them all sorts of things. They name them after their relatives, their horses, their state of mind, whatever.
  • Never heard of one in Montana. Why do you ask? Was it recommended?
