You can now get Telcel sim cards on line via amazon. You do need to have an unlocked cell. You can renew the plan at Telcel stores in mexico. This one comes with 5 gig of data an dis good for 33 days....

The card Tequila spoke about comes with a bunch of Data and unlimited calls. You stated that it might be the same as a 26 peso card?? I have Telcel phone. Amigo. It is non contract and I get 800 mb of data and unlimited everything else for 100P. But it only lasts 17 days. Still cheap. I went to the Telcel website and I don't see anything for 26 pesos. Actually you should have the internet en mi Casa plan. Lots of data. Are you saying your data is carried over to the next month? How much data do you get with your plan and what is the monthly fee? Is your phone a smart phone? If it is a contract phone how many years for the contract?
